This Nissan 300ZX had not long been out of the bodyshop when the owner got in touch and requested a headturning interior retrim.
The rear seats had been removed so the OEM front seats were treated to some Perrone Noir black leather with a luxurious diamond pleated design for the centre panels. Everything was finished with bright yellow stitching and this really made the diamond design stand out!
The doorcards, lower dashboard panels and the transmission tunnel trims were covered in stitching-free leather, so as not to distract from the seats or risk becoming "too much" inside the car. A pair of bespoke armrests were built for the doorcards and, along with the central armrest, trimmed in a matching diamond quilted design.
It made its debut at JAE in 2015 and received a lot of attention!
