Old VWs are cool. That's just a given nowadays. But 30-odd year old interiors have a tendency to look... well, 30-odd years old! The proud owner of this Golf Cabriolet wanted something that could've been from the options catalogue back in the day, but that also looked modern and contemporary.

The car has been treated to a pair of Recaro LS front seats from an Escort RS Turbo. These seats are something of a speciality here at Hide N Seat, so a foam bolster was replaced and then everything was trimmed in Crest Vele Chalk White leather with a white topstitch.

The VW rear seats were trimmed to match and the centres given additional pleats to mirror the design of the front seats.

This interior is very white indeed and really lifts the whole car!
